Se agregó nuggets y el json de preguntas. Se creó la API REST de preguntas.
Se agregaron las api rest de los diferentes perfiles.
Se agregó el direccionamiento de aviso de privacidad y términos y condiciones.
Se crearon dos clases controllers, en una se recibe un get idAplicante y lo regresa en JSON y la otra actualiza la base de datos.
